The Receptionist / Administrative PM Assistant is a highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills who will support both the front desk and project management functions in our downtown Tampa location. This hybrid role combines client-facing responsibilities with administrative and project coordination support. Responsibilities may include day-to-day front desk management, regular administrative maintenance, and assisting with periodic project-related tasks as directed. The role reports directly to the Market Vice President and to the Director of Project Management, and supports the operational needs of the assigned office.

This is a full-time position. Success in this role could lead to advancement opportunities such as PM Coordinator.

The Business Support Coordinator is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills who will support the ongoing operations of our CI Services division. This role combines client service coordination, order and project tracking, and administrative support to ensure smooth execution and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities include managing service requests, coordinating scheduling and logistics between clients, vendors, and internal teams, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role reports directly to the Director of Project Management and collaborates closely with both the operations and accounting teams to support the full lifecycle of service projects. This is a full-time position.

The Senior Project Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-driven professional with strong leadership and communication skills who will support our project management team in delivering on complex client engagements. This role blends hands-on coordination, client and vendor interaction, and strategic support to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities include managing detailed project schedules and budgets, coordinating internal and external resources, tracking project progress and deliverables, facilitating client and vendor communications, and ensuring that project documentation and reporting are accurate and timely. The role reports to the Director of Project Management and works closely with Project Managers, operations teams, and clients to maintain project alignment and operational excellence. This is a full-time position.
