Recently constructed and newly furnished by The CI Group is the new Public Works Facility for the City of Pinellas Park. The project began in 2017 in order to combine several departments under one roof where before they were housed in multiple buildings throughout the county.

The CI Group collaborated directly with the executive team in the selection of all furnishings of the 63,000 square foot facility. The furniture and finishes were chosen to coordinate with the industrial look and feel of the space that included concrete floors, I-beams on the ceilings, brick walls, and black metal railings. With these architectural details in mind, The CI Group team went to work and suggested pairing the industrial look and feel with fun patterned soft seating areas to warm up the space and make it more comforting and welcoming.

The project team included The Lunz Group, MCI Med Corp Interiors and Bandes Construction.
