The CI Group worked with BDG Architects and Tower Realty Partners to renovate the lobby of the Wells Fargo Center in the heart of downtown Tampa. The building has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation to modernize the common areas and enhance the tenant amenities in the hopes of attracting new lessees.  The lobby furniture complemented the overall design with modern seating arrangements by featuring neutral colors and incorporating bursts of deep orchid.  The overall design is modern, fresh, and sleek.
